And yet less than 5 minutes' drive from the center of Sentjur, with a large offer of various large supermarkets and restaurants. There is also a cozy public swimming pool. walking above the trees
In the heart of the mighty forests of Pohorje, at the peak of Rogla at an altitude of 1,517 metres, you will find the Treetop Walk. With a length of 1,043 metres, it leads through a primeval and diverse forest where you will discover new aspects and learn a lot about the natural processes in the forest, which will help you to understand this world of wonders and its inhabitants.

Rinka Waterfall
Rinka Fall is the most know and visited waterfall in Slovenia. It is a Savinja River tributary and is considered Savinja River first spring along Črna. On the way to Okrešelj you can stand right beneath the waterfall. The waterfall is one of the favourite tourists sights and one of the most beautiful natural treasure of Slovenia. It experiences largest flow of water during the spring and fall.

Velenja Beach
Lake Velenje with its surface area of about 1.4 km2 and with its volume of 30.5m m3 is the largest in the valley and is among the largest in Slovenia. Its lake district spans more than 20 km2, in which live about 1500 inhabitants. The lake is 1.4 km long and 1.3 km wide. With the depth of 64 m it is deeper than Lake Bled (31m) and Lake Bohinj (45 m); while its surface area is about the same as Lake Bled, while it a good 2 million more cubic meters of water. On the lake there is also the Velenje Beach, which is increasingly more popular with the locals as well as tourists.
Lahomniski watrefal/swimming
This is a waterfall with a swimming lake nearby, very quiet and secluded. Pure nature.
Bistriski Vintgar (Walking route)
A very beautiful walking route along the water through the forest past 2 waterfalls, with a walking time of 40 or 80 minutes. The walk is a wonderful experience. Below you will find the Google link with more description, photos, and location.

VIEWING AND FEEDING DEER
Jelenov greben is a family business of the Ježovnik family.
At the Jelenov greben homestead, which is located only a few tens of meters above the Olimje monastery with the famous third oldest pharmacy in Europe, a varied tourist offer has been added for many years.
First, fallow deer and mouflons run towards you, but if they are perhaps hesitant, their master calls them with an affectionate name: "Pika, Piki...", and they are given corn as a treat.
The deer roam around the approximately 8-hectare fenced property.

Witches are a major attraction in our country. The country was created precisely because of the witches who are said to have once searched this forest. All the witches here are friendly, but one is a bit mischievous. We locked it in her house.

Less than a 10-minute drive away you will find a cozy drinking establishment with delicious pastries on Lake Slivniško.

Very close to our apartment, you will find a local business where, for a fee and by appointment, you can get a nice and extensive tour of the Silver Cave, the woodworking area, and a oyster mushroom farm. It is a very enjoyable activity to get to know a local artisanal business.
